Getting away while away! =)

beautiful hotel.....today we checked into a hotel in Scottsdale called the Hotel Valley Ho....kinda an odd name I know but this place has great history and is so beautiful! Google it and you'll see for yourself. I'd recommend anyone coming this way to stay here. I totally love priceline and travelzoo deals. If you have never checked them out while traveling I'd also highly recommend those two sites. You can save hundreds of dollars. On with the show...Makayla Makayla Makayla...what more can I say! She is so wonderful, as a matter of fact she is with me in my room tonight while mommy and daddy have adult time. They will come get her when they come in for the evening and take her to their room so mommy can feed her during the night. I also have Lana but since she walks with me in the mornings she can hang with me! =) We went out to eat with my cousin Tammy and her family and had a great time! So here is the basic room at this hotel. The light above the tub is called a "mood" light...hmmmm...It's cool =)...the rest of the room is neat and the balcony is huge with two large sliding doors. It's a great get away for a few days! The weather has not only been hot but humid. So much for the dry heat in AZ. Humidity and hot is very gross!

Little Miss Makayla!

Here is sad Little Makayla as she is starting to have an awerness of not knowing people. It was so sad! I caught up with two of my first cousins that I have not seen in years! (Lori was taking her turn and Makayla got sad. She did this when I got in the car upon arriving in AZ. I was like oh no.....) It was so good to see my cousins and their children! I had NEVER met Lori's 3 children and her twins are 12 so it has been way to long. Also, you will see Makayla talking to Aunt Brookie on the phone! She really gets into focusing on things and wanting them. She liked my earrings too! She's perfect and has grown so much in three months!

Grammie is in Arizona!

Here is Little Miss Makayla Grammies pride and joy! She is better than perfect and loves to smile, laugh and play. I love holding her all the time! =)

more bunnies! =/

SO the bunnies have left my plants/bushes alone until this past week I noticed my silver mound on my front flower bed was looking very disheveled. I guessed a bunny was back but had not seen it yet. Today I seen him/her on the side yard and told him he don't live here and to go away. Moments later I walked outside ONLY to catch him jumping out of the silver mound. Ah ha ....caught him in the act! It was actually a her, come to find out the dumb bunny had baby bunnies. These dumb things....I now understand where the phrase "multiplying like rabbits" comes from. I cleaned out the nest and bunnies, 2 of them, and transplanted them to a flower bed in the empty lot beside my house. (Dumb I know but I just can't be mean) The mama watched from across the street so I told her to follow me and feed them. The whole while I'm thinking I'll want to shoot these dumb things in a few short months when they start eating my stuff! Oh such is life!! LOL

July 16 strawberry came off!

On thurs. I was working and my phone rang, it was Ashlin. I was surprised because she should have been working so I answered and said aren't you working. She said she was called home by Dago. I knew right away it was Makayla's strawberry again! She said this time it was ripped completely off. They were very concerned because of the amount of bleeding when bumped however this time it seemed to bleed very little. We were relieved and are praying it will just go away and not give them the headache of trying to keep her from touching it anymore! She is SO wonderful and such a blessing for us! Thank you God for our baby girl! O=)

little Miss M's Strawberry!

Here is my sweet little Miss M! She is always happy and even though she is constantly being wrapped like a burrito she still smiles. She has a strawberry birth mark that seems to want to bleed at the least little bump! She is a baby and all babies love to have their hands up to their faces. These type of birthmarks are minor and usually go away on their own. We are praying for it to go ASAP! They have had several ER visits because the bleeding just didn't seem to want to stop. The last picture was her first ER visit and if you look you can see where the Dr. pinched her head while examining her and left white marks on her red head! You will also see the ER's idea of bandaging our baby girl. Did they not think about her breathing while eating! hmmmm makes ya wonder! Dago and Ashlin opted for another hospital the next visit!
