This week Amber and Ashlin both came and went. It was good to see them again and we had fun working on the house. Amber make it back to Maryland to start her new job only to get delayed a few days. She has not been waisting her down time. She bought a new car and turned 23 in the days since her return. Happy Birthday Amber! So...Sunday a few of us gathered to get some painting done. My neighbor Billy, my niece Kelsey, Ashlin, Mom and I all got to work. You'll notice my new neighbor, Mildred, came by and put a few brush strokes in the door! Oh yeah you'll also notice Brooke showed up to do some supervising. ;) I heard nothing but complaints about the 18 doors that needed painting. It's not so bad! LOL Ashlin made it back to AZ safely last night and was back to the grind today. The cabinets are to be put in Sat. AM. The furnace and AC are in now. The electric will be connected soon then we can pull all the switches to see if it all runs properly! ;)
