little Miss M's Strawberry!

Here is my sweet little Miss M! She is always happy and even though she is constantly being wrapped like a burrito she still smiles. She has a strawberry birth mark that seems to want to bleed at the least little bump! She is a baby and all babies love to have their hands up to their faces. These type of birthmarks are minor and usually go away on their own. We are praying for it to go ASAP! They have had several ER visits because the bleeding just didn't seem to want to stop. The last picture was her first ER visit and if you look you can see where the Dr. pinched her head while examining her and left white marks on her red head! You will also see the ER's idea of bandaging our baby girl. Did they not think about her breathing while eating! hmmmm makes ya wonder! Dago and Ashlin opted for another hospital the next visit!

we had two get togethers at our house the week Evette was here. Tue. we had pizza and Grandma Rupp's yummy cookies for those that Evette worked with while here two summer's ago when our house was being built. Then on Thur. we had hot dogs homemade ice cream and I had asked Evette to make a cake, or something easy, while I was working that day. I returned in the afternoon and she/they had made two strawberry pies (Kristian helped putting the strawberries in the crust =), dirt dessert (as you can see Mildred came over once she heard all the slamming doors on the cupboards to see what was going on. Upon coming in the house she thought Evette was cleaning out my cupboards. (ya gotta know how Evette does things to understand I guess) and Lil Evette made brownies....so much for something easy! After all that Kristian insisted on sharing his ice pops and everyone made his day and took one! =) So you may be wondering about the first two pictures......well, I asked Evette to move my car out back. She will be driving soon, legally, so I figured she could do it. Evette and Grandpa took turns riding along to keep things going smoothly. Cynthia took her turn at the wheel too and all was well. Oh well... if you don't count Evette backing my car over a tree stump while trying to learn to parallel park! WHOOPS! She will NEVER live that down. Not to mention after she hit it and stopped, she gassed it again to go up on it even more! =) Ha Ha Ha....!!

Grandpa Perry and Susan are preparing our work table so that we can install our storm door. I think Cynthia is thinking a whack over grandpa's head will somehow help! Poor Grandpa always taking a beating! =) We had way to much fun putting the door in. Thanks for all your help guys!

Fun with the Bittmann girls and Grandpa Perry! June 29, 2009

picture proof of the miracle .........the catepilar turning into something beautiful, crazy, yet beautiful! LOL! =)

I think this bear has had a manicure since 03. This was just a month or so after we moved from CA to OH.

here is a shot we get everytime we go to the zoo. The first time we got this was when Kristian was in Kindergarden and he was terrified of this bear. He wasn't sure if he was dead ! LOL

we went on the train ride, against Kristian's wishes...he hates the whistle and spray mist in the tunnel. He was lucky the mister was not on because it was a cool day! We have had such a cool spring summer. I LOVE it! =)

this baby monkey was so adorable! Mama let go long enought for her/him to go grab some lettuce! awwwww

Evette had been watching the monkey's too much! I think they should avoid zoo's for a while!

Evette and the girls got Kristian a monkey. Lil E was making his day not only with the monkey but a smooch too! Kristian LOVED it...oh brother!!!! Heaven help me and Lil E's parents! LOL

by the end of the day grandpa, cynthia and Lil Evette were acting like the animals they had visited! This picture could be used as a warning upon entering the zoo don't ya think?

We love to have guests over. Most of this group was from North Clinton Mennonite Church. All of these poeple were somehow involved in our house build or Kristiain's lift. You'll see Cynthia in yellow and Susan in green, they are always part of the fun! We had a potluck meal and lots of fun and fellowship!

Here you will see Kristian doing one of his favorite past times. Other times you see him here with his game controller to his PS2 in his hands! Cynthia was eating her morning waffles...hmmmm good! I had the opportunity of babysitting my great nephew and he laughed, giggled and blue slobber bubbles while Kristian ate TV. Kristian sat there saying "good boy Gavin!" =)

Catching up again!

Seems like I'm playing an awful lot of catch up lately! Well, here was our father's day celebrations. The gang was here and we had lots of fun. The tire picture is what my mom left behind after trying to wiggle her way out of my drive when a car was parked behind her. It appears she may have peed herself while leaving all the black marks! LOL She asked me a week or so later if I had scrubbed them off...Ha Ha Ha....no way! =) Baby Gavin is a happy camper with a bottle, and mommy of course, althought he does love his great aunt Brenda an awful lot too! ;) (just had to say it) Kristian was outside with the boys playing catch the bigger "cool cats" were in the house. We had Jen Colon's yummy cookies and homemade ice cream, after cooking hot dogs on the fire pit. I do have to make a special mention of the lovely picture of Linde and Justin and his boo boo. We all were very concerned upon seeing his head and after gathering everyone, he didn't want to tell the story more than once. (I understood why afterward;) he explained how he shut a door on his head.....whoops! ha ha ha ha ha...sorry that is too funny! Hope all you fathers out there had a wonderful day celebrating the gift of being a dad!
