Whew....another day done. We had another GREAT day! The rain did come down but it was never to the point of stopping our work. We had between 35-40 volunteers at any given time all day. Kristian came to the site for a few hours until it became to wet and nasty for him then he went to Great Grandma Ruffers for the rest of the afternoon. Grandma Roose and cousin Justice were there to entertain him. We will miss Evette's leadership on site once she returns to NC. She will be a valuable asset on the up and coming trip to build a house in KY for a family in need. She was quite the slave driver and ran every power tool on site. She eventually(when Bob The Builder sent her on a nail run to Ace Hardware LOL) bought herself her own tool belt, hammer, chalk line and much more to fill her new belt and pockets. She always had everyone laughing and she will be missed in the weeks to come. Her father was much more quiet and subdued but boy did he "Get R done!" He was at the center of every task and Evette was yelling out commands! We love ya Evette! Muah!!!! XOXOXO Thanks for coming to start this out on the right foot and allowing God to use you! Thanks to EVERYONE @ her church in Dunn NC for supporting our project here in OH. How great to feel the connection to our Brother's and Sister's in Christ over 800 miles away! Kristian's life will forever be changed because of your generous gift! God Bless you all! =)
ok....Ask Evette what she dropped down my pants...She's so naughty!....LOL

Kristian was thrilled to see this baby bunny!

What a day!

Wal-mart

ok, I know it's not a house pic. but Evette seen this at Wal-mart just after working and snapped a photo. Neat huh! What an awesome day. God is good and we had great weather (praise God the rain held off, keep praying!) and wonderful, hard working, volunteers. So, check out the photo's of the day and keep praying for God's provision for all Kristian's medical needs..... that have been totally denied to date! I trust His timing on it all.
